There is no required textbook for the class.

The required archaeological readings for the class will come primarily from the Journal Plains Anthropologist.

In addition, you will be required to read the NSF proposal guideline:

Finally, you should have read and internalized the American Antiquity style guide

Other readings will be assigned through the semester as necessary.
